What is Continuum

Continuum is a self-hosted web application that helps individuals document their end-of-life wishes, important personal information, and instructions for loved ones. It is sold as a one-time purchase and operated at mylifeusermanual.com.

The service covers 14 guided sections including legal documents, financial accounts, digital assets, personal wishes, memorial preferences, and final messages. All user data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Users control when and to whom their information is released.

Who operates it

Continuum is designed, built, hosted, maintained and operated by Gramercy Park Industries Pty Ltd (GPI).

Payments

Continuum uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe is a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. No payment card information is stored on Continuum servers. All transactions are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.

Data and privacy

User data is stored on servers controlled by GPI. All personal information, uploaded documents, audio recordings, and photos are encrypted before storage. GPI does not sell or share user data with third parties.

Users may export or download all of their data at any time from within the application.
